Speed and Precision

Using the ZEROPLAY Miter Bar’s ONE-TOUCH CALIBRATION, you instantly fill the full width of the miter slot for no side-to-side play.  Its top-down installation allows you to square your sled to the blade in a snap.

360 Degrees of Adjustability

The unique grid layout of dovetail grooves allows you to set your fence at any angle, and lock it in place with the included MATCHFIT Dovetail Hardware.  No matter the angle of your cut, the ZEROPLAY Miter Bar keeps the sled running parallel to the blade at all times.

Will It Fit My Saw? 

ZEROPLAY Miter Bars will fit ANY standard (3/4” x 3/8”) T-Track miter slot that measures between 0.73" and 0.79" wide and at least 5/16" deep. 

Compatible miter tracks include but not exclusive to ShopSmith, SawStop, Bosch 4100, Delta Unisaw, Powermatic, Rigid, Dewalt, and General 350 Tracks.

(Not compatible with table saws with 'Tabs' cast into the top of the miter slot or 5/8" miter slots i.e. Ryobi or Craftsman)

Add MATCHFIT Dovetail Clamps to secure material when cutting tricky angles. For instance, tapered legs are typically cut at a deep angle, and needs to be secured very close to the blade.  You don’t want your hands anywhere near that cut. Dovetail Clamps secure the material for you, keeping your hands safely clear of the blade

What Size Dovetail Router Bit Do I Need:

MATCHFIT Dovetail Hardware and Clamps are compatible with any standard 14-degree by 1/2" dovetail router bit or the new MATCHFIT Dovetail Router Bit.
